Krump battle

Krumping started off in L.A as a way to escape gang violence. Instead of gun fights, battles take place in the form of an energetic twitchy street dance a bit like a break dancing battle. It has been described as having the feel of a mosh pit at a rock gig.

Tommy the clown is the face of Clowning, the original less aggressive form of the dance. He focuses on working with kids and providing a form of entertainment.

If you like the sound of this, there is a great documentary by Dave la Chapelle called Rize.
